My name is Vincent Maroon, our company is Prolet Constructions which builds apartment blocks. We recently had a problem where a tradesman has dropped a tool and damaged a bathtub just before we were due to hand over the keys for the unit. I rang Norm from Mend A Bath who after explaining my dilemma, arranged a very quick and prompt inspection of the bathtub. Norm and Joe came on the day they said and were very professional in fitting me in with there busy schedule and came at the time they promised me. They inspected the damage and gave me an instant quote which I gladly accepted because I had someone else come out before them who quoted me a ridiculous price. Their quote was much less than what I thought I was up for. After completing the repair, I had a look at the bathtub and I couldn’t see where the damage was. I couldn’t believe what I saw, they told me once it’s repaired, you wouldn’t notice the difference and they were spot on. Unfortunately for me, it happened again with a 2nd bathtub that was damaged. I rang Joe and Norm again and they were there when they promised me, I didn’t have to ring them to see if they were going to keep the appointment. Joe and Norm were very professional and tidy, and after witnessing what they could do with a damaged bathtub, I started to tell all my friends and contacts in the building industry about their work. I would never hesitate to use Joe and Norm again because of their professionalism.

Everyone is amazed at the result of your job done on our bathtub, most people thought we replaced it.
